1. Digital Products
Most products sold through Ereche are digital software, licenses, and electronic content.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds may not be issued except in the following situations:
- The product was successfully delivered
- The license key has been used
- Digital access has been activated
- The user has started using the service
3. Cases Where Refunds May Be Considered
The following may be reviewed for a possible refund:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is technically completely non-functional
- Delivery did not occur
- Duplicate payment charged
4. Abuse and Fraud
If suspicious activity, abuse, license sharing, or fraud is detected:
- The account may be suspended
- Licenses may be revoked
- Refund requests may be denied
5. Third-Party Services
Ereche is not directly liable for delays or technical issues caused by payment providers, banks, or other third-party services.
